Key requirements

How AMLA decides which Luxembourg firms it will directly supervise from 2028. An ad-hoc questionnaire collects data alongside CSSF's annual AML questionnaire. Some Luxembourg AIFMs and UCITS ManCos have already been notified as selected participants. The final selection of 40 EU-wide firms will be made in 2027.
