Key requirements
Luxembourg's implementation of the Travel Rule — the requirement that information about who's sending and receiving money accompanies the transfer. Applies to traditional wire transfers and crypto transfers. Now sits alongside the EU's directly-applicable Transfer of Funds Regulation 2023/1113. Firms must respond without delay to information requests from AML/CFT authorities about transfers.
