Key requirements

Major change in 2026 reporting. CSSF replaced its old annual AML questionnaire with new templates developed by AMLA the EU's AML Authority. Financial sector entities in AMLA's 2026 calibration sample reported by 22 April 2026; other supervised entities by 22 May 2026. Specialised PFS continue with CSSF's standard questionnaire. Streamlines reporting and prepares the ground for common EU supervision methodology.
