AML/CFT rules for crypto firms (Virtual Asset Service Providers) registered in Luxembourg. Covers CSSF registration, CDD for crypto transactions, Travel Rule implementation under the EU TFR, transaction monitoring, STR obligations and governance requirements specific to crypto businesses. Will work alongside MiCA authorisation requirements.
