How to identify and verify beneficial owners in Luxembourg. Covers the 25% ownership threshold, what to do when no individual meets it (senior managing official fallback), annual confirmation requirements and how to access the RBE register. The RBE is Luxembourg's central beneficial ownership database, all Luxembourg companies, partnerships and legal entities must register their beneficial owners there.
