Key requirements
Singapore's main AML rules for banks. Tells banks how to identify customers (CDD), apply extra checks for PEPs and correspondent banks, monitor transactions and report suspicions. The July 2025 amendment expanded the definition of money laundering to expressly include proliferation financing, meaning banks must now assess proliferation financing (PF) risks alongside ML and TF.
