Key requirements
Singapore's crypto law. Anyone offering Digital Payment Token services (exchanges, wallets, OTC trading) needs an MAS licence. AML obligations under MAS Notice PSN02. The 2024 expansion brought custodial services, transmission of DPTs and cross-border money transfer services involving crypto under the law. Singapore is one of the strictest crypto regulators globally.
