Key requirements
How FATF grades each country on their AML performance. A bad grade can land a country on the grey list (increased monitoring) or black list (countermeasures) both have serious consequences for banks doing business with that country. Two ratings: technical compliance (do the rules exist?) and effectiveness (are they working?).
